Client-specific requirements
Monarch Virtual Solutions also shares client updates and enrollment information to help you compare opportunities and choose the one that's right for you.
*Complete Enrollment & Certification
Once you've selected a client opportunity, complete any remaining enrollment requirements. Depending on the client, this may include identity verification, a background check, or other client-specific requirements.
You'll then complete the client's certification, where you'll learn the systems, tools, and procedures needed before servicing customers.
Successful completion of certification is required before you can begin servicing.
*Cleared for Servicing
After successfully completing certification, you'll begin providing inbound customer service support from home as an independent contractor on the Platform.
As part of Monarch Virtual Solutions, you'll continue receiving client updates, enrollment notifications, and ongoing support throughout your journey.
